Service Satisfaction & Correction Policy

At Posh Nail Bar, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact Posh Nail Bar within three (3) days of your appointment or service. Clients must return to the salon within seven (7) days of the original service date for any necessary corrections.

To coordinate a correction appointment, please call the salon and ask to speak directly with the salon manager. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to working with you to ensure you are happy with your experience and results.
